1 :  Generic Zanaflex works by relaxing the muscles which are strained by excessive strain. It blocks the signals of pain sensation send to the brain by the nerves in the area where the muscles are contracted or stressed.

2 :  This medicine contains Tizanidine that is a centrally acting alpha-2 adrenergic agonist. In case of spinal injury, this medication blocks the signals send by the spinal cord to the brain.

3 :  Its main constituent Tizanidine shows the main effects on the polysynaptic pathway. Thus, the overall effect of this medication is observed to reduce facilitation of spinal motor neurons that transfer the signal from the spinal cord to the brain.
