Chronic disease regarding the sleep disorder causes increase in your weight by affecting the way our bodies process and store carbohydrates, and also it happens by changing theĀ levels of hormones that affect our appetite.Having a good sleep in the night will help us to concentrate well in our work and can also put a break to different mishaps caused by the dozing of drivers as well as the pilots.
The person who don’t have good sleep always feels impatience and irritability.Less sleep won’t allow you to do the things you like to do.Some sleeping disorders are related to hypertension as well as irregular heart beats.
