It’s a known fact that water can do wonders for your health, figure, hair and skin and millions of people around the world swear by the good effects of gulping down liters of water everyday. Considering the fact that 70 % of the body is made of water, the dependency of every system on water is high. Despite the fact that people are aware of this, they still prefer slurping on coffee, tea, soda, alcohol and shakes.
