Shipping policies

All orders are processed within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders placed on Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Our customer support department will send you an e-mail instantly after the product is shipped through our Shipping Department. We assure that you would receive the orders within the time limit. In the unlikely event of not receiving the parcel within the stipulated time, contact us ASAP. We will reship the products IF the mistake is from our side (Please refer our Refund Policy)

Shipping Methods

  • Order must be shipped only to a physical address; we don’t ship to the P. O. Boxes.
  • MedExpressRx reserves the right to change or discontinue this free shipping offer at any time.
  • If the order amount exceeds $200, it shall be shipped free of cost via EMS.
  • We don’t take any responsibility for incomplete or misdirected address entered by the customer. We strongly recommend rechecking the entered address before sending it to us.
  • We ship the order only after a final verification from the customer. An E-mail notification is sent to the customer after we dispatched the products from our quality unit.
