What are Natural Home Remedies for thinning hair?

Losing 50-100 strands of hair per day is normal and natural, anything more than that is hair thinning or leading to baldness. Thinning of hair in the scalp can be due to various reasons like mental or physical conditions.   3. Boil red bell pepper or red capsicum in water for 5-7 minutes and cool it for 15 minutes. While washing use this water as a tonic. The agents of the bell pepper speeds up hair growth and prevents hair fall. It makes the hair strong too.
  4. Aloe Vera gel rejuvenates the hair. Add some almond oil to it and rub on the scalp for 2 minutes. Leave this on your head for half hour and then rinse it. This soothes and cools the scalp making the hair breath and makes the hair grow healthy.

You can also try these drinks to help grow hair:

  1. Drink 1 teaspoon cider vinegar mixed in 1 glass of water with meals for 2-3 weeks
  2. Drink a smoothie or shake of honey, yogurt and skim milk
  3. Drink daily a juice of alfalfa + fresh spinach or fresh coriander. Your hair will grow fast.
  4. Drink half a liter of a mixture of lettuce and spinach juice daily to increase the growth of hair
  5. To treat copper deficiency, drink juice of carrot, lettuce, capsicum or bell pepper and fresh alfalfa. This is good remedy for gray hair and hair loss.
