Studies have shown that such people live 3.7 years more than the average U.S life expectancy. In order to get there, ensure that you share a stronger bond that lasts long. Value the people around you and appreciate what they can do for you. Smile more and love with an open heart and in turn you might not just live long but also die a happier soul.
  • Brush twice a day- Studies have shown that people who brush twice a day, visit the visit doctors less often than people who brush just once a day.  This is because brushing and flossing of teeth removes bacteria which ensure that you have a strong immunity.
  • Breathe clean air- People who breathe in the polluted air live a shorter span of time than people who live in the country side and breathe clean air.
