Simple Tips to Resolve Hair Loss Problem

Baldness or hair loss issue is getting a problem of concern as every year the percentage of people suffering with hair loss or baldness is being increasing. About a decade before about 17% of men and 8% of the women all over the world were noted to be suffering with baldness or hair loss problem. But, as per the global survey conducted by the International Hair Loss Institute last year, about 27% of men and 15% of women are now facing the problem of the hair loss or baldness.   1. Avoid harsh combing of hairs; this is what has found to be one of the most prominent reasons behind the occurrence of the hair loss. You need to understand that your hairs are very delicate and they should not be combed with the comb that stretches them a lot from their roots. If you use such a comb then it will loosen the grip of hairs, which would cause hair loss. So, if you are combing the hairs with such a hard comb then please stop it today. This will help you to prevent the hair loss to some extent.
  2. Limit the use of the oil for the hairs. There is misconception among the people that applying oil regularly is goof for the hair health. Here, I would like to explain that application of the oil must be in limit. It would be not good for the hair health if you apply the oil daily. Rather it would be better if you use the oil twice or thrice in a week.
  3. Washing hairs daily must be avoided as it leads to the hair loss. Daily washing is makes the hairs rough and it also loosens their grip from the basement. So, when you comb the hairs or dry the hairs through roughly rubbing them with the towel they easily get removed and you face the problem of the hair loss. Thence it would be better if you wash the hairs only once or twice. Dry the hairs by softly massaging, don’t apply too much force as it may cause hair loss.
  4. Application of the gels and lotions that contain synthetic chemicals must not be done to the hairs. Chemicals adversely impact the natural growth of the hairs and weaken them by damaging the pores on the hairs. If you want to use any such products then we recommend you to consult the hair specialist or a Trichologist before starting the intake of any of the synthetic chemical based hair care products.
  5. Limit the use of the hair dryer, keep the blow of the dryer slow, and maintain the temperature of blow low while you dry the hairs. This is very important as improper usage of dryer is being noted to be the cause of the hair loss in many people. Also never dry the hair instantly when they are too wet. First shed the excessive water, dry them softly with the towel, and then use the hair dryer.
  6. Improve diet. We would suggest you to eat more fruits and fresh vegetables in order to achieve better hair health. Balanced diet is one of the simplest ways to get all the necessary nutrients. Make it a point to include in your diet Oats, black beans, pumpkin, black pepper, brown rice syrup, turnips, and onions in your daily diet as they help in the hair growth process.
  7. Massage can help you a lot to overcome the hair loss. Massaging the scalp on daily basis stimulates the supply of the blood to the hair follicles. This way the adequate amount of the nutrients reach the hairs and the hair growth is being boosted. Massage also helps to remove the dead skin. The best time to do the massage is after you have washed your hairs.
  8. Coloring of the hairs or straightening of the hairs should not be done habitually because these things are closely linked to the hair loss. The chemicals present in the hair color are synthetic and their excessive usage certainly deteriorates the hair health, which causes hair loss. In the process of straightening of hairs are stretched, this loosens them from the basement. As a result when you comb the hairs they fall very easily. This way the hair loss is promoted. So, I would suggest you to avoid coloring of hairs or straightening of hairs often. You can do it once or twice in a year but not more than that.

These are the simple tips to resolve hair loss problem. There is no compulsion to follow all these, but if you follow any one of this regularly then there would be able to stop the hair loss up to some extent.
