Efficacy of Penegra
The active ingredient of this drug, Sildenafil Citrate inhibits the action of phosphodiesterase (PDE5), an enzyme, such that it does not work too fast. This enzyme is responsible for decrease in the level of cGMP. cGMP is responsible for making the male reproductive organ go flaccid post and erection. Once phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) is out of action, the male reproductive organ is able to get erect and sustain that erection.  Penegra acts on the arteries in the male organ for reproduction and relaxes them. As a result they dilate, suppressing the action of PDE5. Penegra- Dosage
