Research- the Viagra spray has been under research for years and has undergone many trials to finally prove that it can also be an effective treatment for erectile dysfunction, despite a new mode of administration.

During the trials, experts realized that sildenafil citrate in the spray version which is as effective as Viagra tablets. As per records, just two sprays of Viagra had the same effect as 25 mg Viagra pill.

As of now, the Viagra spray is awaiting the approval of the Food and Drug Administration in America, post which it will be introduced in the market. So far, the reports have not mention if men can use rubber protection after using the spray.

Another new formation: Levitra Orodispersable

Along with the spray version, another novel version of sildenafil citrate is introduced in the market, Levitra Orodispersable. This version got the approval in September and has a different mode of administration where it has to be placed on the tongue. This joins the rank of spray Viagra with is quick efficacy rate.

Some of the perks of Levitra Orodispersable are

• Can produce an erection on the first 15 minutes of administration, after receiving some form of sexual stimulation.
• Can be taken discreetly, without arousing suspicion and doubts.
• Does not need long term planning and the men can be spontaneous with its administration.

Levitra Orodispersable is marketed by the company Bayer where a spokesperson said

“We believe men with erectile dysfunction will appreciate a convenient and easy to take medication. Levitra Orodispersible tablet allows men with ED to be prepared, any time, anywhere. This should help to bring spontaneity into the sex life of men with ED.”

Both these versions will be a welcome change for men who need to rely on water for sipping it down. It also ensures that the men do not have to bear the discomfort of waiting for the pill to get into action. But as of now, it’s wait and watch period for the spray Viagra to hit the market as it’s long term effects are yet to be studied.
