Therefore, to avoid pilling of weight, exercising should become part of daily routine.
- Avoid Smoking: In U.S, there are about 400,000 deaths annually. The rate is expected to increase by 2020. According to WHO (World Health Organization), estimated death due to smoking is estimated to be around 10 million deaths per year worldwide by 2020. Thus giving up smoking totally or keeping the habit under control is one of the best ways to remain healthy.
