- You end up being far more alert after a good breakfast than going to work on an empty stomach. So people who have breakfast can concentrate better and the efficiency at work increases.
- It keeps away untimely hunger- people who have a good breakfast do not suffer from pangs of untimely hunger. This helps them avoid eating unhealthy snacks and the need to binge in between meals.
- It keeps you in a happy mood as people on empty stomach tend to have more mood swings and lose their temper more easily than people who do have a healthy breakfast.
