Infusion process involves pouring boiling water over the herb and soaking a part of the herbal plant for some time so that the healing properties of plant part mix with water. This process is similar to putting a tea bag in a cup of milk until the milk mixes with the ingredients of tea bag. In the same lines, infusion of herbal part of plant part should be done but for a long time as compared to tea. Some of the herbal leafs which could be used in infusion process are as follows:

 

Nettle leaf

  3. Reduces the inflammation of the stomach lining
  4. Helps with bronchial, pulmonary and lung conditions

How to use
Pour 1 quart boiling water over 1 ounce herb and steep 8 hours

 

Red Raspberry leaf

  • Benefits
  1. Rich in calcium
  2. Beneficial for nervous system
  3. Strengthens and tones the reproductive system
  4. Enhances fertility
  5. Mends broken bones and osteoporosis

How to use
Pour 1 quart boiling water over 1 ounce herb and steep for 4-8 hours.
