Fenugreek is grown in various parts of India and Pakistan and is an important part of their diet. Another study in Brisbane, conducted by Centre for Integrative Clinical and Molecular Medicine has also found that fenugreek can spice up men’s sexual drives by boosting their libido.

 

Chemical analysis

Fenugreek contains compounds called as saponins, which are believed to stimulate male hormones such as testosterones. Testosterones are known to influence the sexual drive of a man. With this finding Fenugreek has entered the list of kitchen aphrodisiacs.
