It is also a good natural remedy that can help settle upset stomach and helps indigestion. Some can also have it with plain old brown sugar and cream.
- Cereals- These along with muesli can make a quick and nutritious breakfast. Mixing them in a warm glass of milk with some maple syrup will also help the cause of keeping you fit.
- Nuts- These can also be added to the muesli or just grab a handful and munch away. They can also be teamed with a glass of milk so that you feel full.
- Fruits- These are one of the most nutritious and crunchy breakfasts that one can have. All you have to do is wipe them and keep them in the fridge. So when you are in a rush, just grab then and dig in on your way out.
