People addicted to smoking are not able get off this habit easily. • Bring in your near and dear ones- Talking about your plans with your people provides you with the necessary support and motivation. They also help in a big way to ensure that you do not quit mid-way.
• Be your best friend- There is no-one who can help you more that yourself, than YOU. So you have to keep your spirits high until you can let go of cigarettes for good.
