This may be a little tough if you are already drunk, so set a reminder in your mobile or ask someone sober to remind you. Do not drink alcohol half an hour before sleeping. You can also resort to having some Juice or a fresh lime soda. Alcohol is a diuretic and can completely dehydrate you and that is one of the main causes of a hangover.
