Working out can help you not only lose weight but also get that perfect 10 figure that you always craved for. But some mistakes can lapse your effort due to which u need to be sure that you do the work outs the right way. Some tips that can help you get more out of your workout are:

 

  1. While exercising, maintain the right form is everything. Therefore, one has to remember that while doing dumb bells, you should keep your hand directly beneath your shoulder. Do not stoop down with your head to support the shoulder. Ensure that your hips do not sag under the weight. If you follow these instructions, you can work out for longer by delaying the fatigue.  It also decreases the risk of injury and makes the workout far more effective.
  2. While doing pull ups or back exercises, tuck your shoulder blades down and back. With this, you can decrease the risk of hurting your back and spine and is also good for the exercises.  In fact tucking our back is important when you are doing pull downs, seated rows, pull ups, bent-over rows and inverted rows. It is great for pushing, giving you more strength and endurance.
  3. Do not flare your elbows- While working out, if your flare your elbows while doing pushup, pull ups, bench press, inverted shoulder press and inverted rows, you run the risk of externally rotating the shoulder too much known as over rotation. This can hurt and is one of the main causes of lifting injuries. Instead, it is advised that one should keep the shoulders close to the sides.
  4. While you keep squatting up and down, it is important to ensure that your knees are well aligned. In order to do that, try to keep the knee in the same line as the middle toe.  If this does not happen, the knee can go left and right, which can cause a twist.
